Those of you is familiar with the anise liqueur or anisette?

Anisette is an anise-flavored liqueur that is consumed mainly in France, Italy, Portugal and Spain. It is colorless and, unlike some other anise-based liqueurs, shouldn’t contain licorice. Italian Sambuca isn’t real anisette because flavored with essential oils obtained from anise, star anise, licorice and other spices.
Anisette has a powerful flavour when drunk straight due to its high alcoholic content and is often used as base for cocktails and long drinks or mixed simply with water, as the “palomita”. It also is used to enhance coffee fragrance…. just what I do when having a coffee at home.

Try taste and see!
